The location for Chiba was absolutely perfect and amazing, near Tokyo Disneyland, airport and train station and local businesses and food. It also was possibly near the reception area.

Fairly clean, family-friendly hotel, I loved reasonably large rooms and affable staff. The property was in the central setting down to the airport. I had coffee at Coffee house la venue, located within 5 minutes walk.

Clean venue with good breakfasts and views of the bay. Bright and fantastic rooms with separate bathrooms and an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Pretty comfortable area, marvellous and unbeatable location, next to the airport or the nearest train station, a monorail to the resort, and the disney parks.

The rooms were fantastic, modern and with 3 beds. The hotel had a great position, in at the mall.

It has particularly good location in Chiba as it's short walk to the mall before the arrival of the bus, monorail and train station and the monorail station which runs between all the parks. The place to order dinner relatively close to the hotel is Accendo.

Good-sized and well laid out room with GOOD bed and central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. Immaculately clean bathroom with a bath. Excellent central location and really helpful and accommodating staff.

Plus, it's conveniently located between the airports, so getting to and from the hotel is a breeze. You'll appreciate the comfortable rooms and bathrooms, as well as the excellent service from the staff. Breakfast is served buffet-style, and there are plenty of options to suit all tastes. The hotel also boasts some great views of the surrounding area, providing a truly unique experience.

The hotel's English skills may leave something to be desired for more complex interactions.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Very close to train station, and Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The room was well laid out and new-fashioned, with central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. The breakfast was reasonably good, the check in was early.

Appreciated central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV in the room. The bay view here was nice. The location of the hotel was awesome, to the Disney monorail. Further, it was just off the welcome center and Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Sea.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located on the edges of the Disney parks, making it easy to get back to the welcome center. The staff were friendly and provided all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including three perfect beds in the spacious rooms. Plus, having breakfast included was a fantastic bonus.

the location was perfect. It was really close to the park, which meant I could easily walk there in just a few minutes. Plus, being so close to the Bayside station made it really convenient to explore the area.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone. It ticks all the boxes for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
